Re-treat yourself post Christmas

An opportunity to glide through January blues. Escape to the coast for the ultimate post Christmas gift to yourself: A weekend at this beautiful peacful house with only sounds of the ocean waves crashing onto the beach, clean sea air, twice daily yoga, healthy, nutritious home-cooked food and we have booked a private beachside nordic sauna so you can simply relax or if you're brave alternate with a cold plunge! A perfect start to the year.

The Venue

We will be staying at Florence house, a beautiful 100 year old building on the brow of Seaford Head in Sussex. Surrounded by wild landscape and a two minute walk to the beach, this is the perfect getaway to reconnect and bring some balance back after Christmas.

Yoga and schedule

FRIDAY

5pm Check in

7pm A cosy fireside opening ceremony in the Mongolian Yurt nestled amongst the trees in the beautiful grounds of Florence House

SATURDAY

8-9.30am VInyasa

10am Breakfast

11.30am Nordic beachside sauna and cold plunge! (or free time)

2pm Lunch

5.30-6.45pm Yin

7.30pm dinner

SUNDAY

8-9.30am VInyasa and closing

Sleep

Get ready for a deep sleep in one of the house's comfy rooms. Overlooking the gardens or some with sea views. Large comfortable single or double beds. Share a room or sleep alone. There are ensuite options and rooms with large clean shared bathrooms. Drift off to the sounds of the sea.

Eat

No more Christmas food, just nutritious, home cooked meals. Vegan and vegetarian options all served on a long farmhouse table in the dining room with garden views.

Nordic sauna

Relax, restore and cleanse in this lovingly built beachfront nordic sauna. 15 minutes walk from Florence house we have booked exclusive use of the sauna just for our retreaters. One hour to alternate between cold plunges (if you're brave!) and the heat of the cabin. Proven to improve circulation and a boost for the immune system.
